How to use Biomat & settings
When you initially use your Biomat 7000MX, start on a low setting to determine your heat tolerance. We suggest using it for 15 minutes to an hour during the first sessions, allowing your body to acclimate and maximize the therapeutic effects of negative ions and far infrared heat.
