Licensed health professionals are eligible for a $100 discount on their orders of the Biomat Professional 7000MX and BioAccoustic Mat. Professional designation may apply to a range of health care workers, including massage therapists (RMTs), chiropractors, nurses (RNs or LPNs), acupuncturists, dentists, and others, including energetic healers.

To ensure your professional discount is applied to your order, please send us a copy or picture of your certification/license. For documentation requirements and whether you qualify, please contact us by email, phone, or chat.

You can either place your order directly through our website, or phone us and we will take your payment information. The easiest way to pay is with credit card, but you may also pay with a money order or cheque, made payable to Richway Fuji Inc. These will be sent via mail to Richway in Hawaii, and your order will be processed when the payment is received and confirmed.

All Richway products are shipped internationally using UPS. Shipping fees may vary depending on your location. Please note you are responsible for any additional import taxes as applicable. In addition, a country tax (required) may be added to your order by FedEx. In Canada, the Canadian government charges taxes at the border, totaling 15% of the cost of the order.

Canadian orders are normally delivered in one week from the date the order is placed. If you wish to receive your order more quickly, you may pay an additional $25 USD for each item for 2-day delivery with FedEX.

If an item is on back order, your order will be delayed. If this happens, we will make every effort to let you know either by email or phone. You will have the choice to remain on back order, cancel your order, or update your order to receive a different product.

Because we ship via UPS, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes. The shipping address you include in your order must be a physical address. Orders requiring rush delivery and/or special handling will be subject to additional special handling charges. When we receive an order requiring special handling we will inform you by email of any additional charges.

Richway International Inc. warranty term is three years. If there are any problems with the product within this three years, Richway offers repair or exchange. The complete warranty is included with the product. The manufacturers’ warranty covers repair or replacement of defective parts, subject to the conditions set forth. Shipping charges are not refundable. We do not pay for postage on returns. International customers are responsible for duty taxes and shipping if order is refused.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for exchange or refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) within 30 days, subject to a return authorization, and subject to less refund depending on refund period. You may cancel this transaction without any penalty or obligation within seven days after receipt of the product.

You are responsible for shipping the item(s) back to us. All returned merchandise must be in original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out), and all accessories. Please do not tape or write anything on the item or the package. We will charge you for replacement of damaged, altered, missing, written-on or taped-on contents or cartons. We reserve the right to refuse any such returns.

Please pack the products into a shipping box with plenty of packing material, and tape securely. Write the return authorization number issued by customer service clearly on the outside of the shipping carton.

Any merchandise returned to us unauthorized will be refused. Please ship your parcel back to us freight prepaid. We suggest that you use UPS ground service insured. We cannot accept COD or freight-collect shipments. No goods will be accepted for exchange or return without authorization number. Refund period: 1-7 days from date of delivery to receive full 100% refund. 8-14 days from date of delivery receive 70% refund. 15-30 days from date of delivery receive 50% refund. 31 or more days from delivery date receive 0% refund.

The electromagnetic light emitter continues to work, even if the light turns off while your Biomat is in use. Regardless of the light’s status, you will always be protected from EMFs by the IC chip in the controller and the layers of materials in the Biomat.

If the electromagnetic light turns off while your Biomat is plugged in, it is possible the outlet where your Biomat is plugged in is not grounded.

Whether you have a long commute or you drive for a living, Biomat Mini is just the right size to be used in your vehicle. You can use a 100-125 Watt converter plugged into your car’s cigarette lighter.

If you want to use a larger Biomat Professional or Single in a recreational vehicle, camper, or van, you will need a 200-300 Watt converter.

If you use the Biomat for a few minutes, you will feel better right away. It is best to use it for 30 minutes to get deep relaxation that helps with healing and detoxification. Use your Biomat as often or as long as you wish and find comfortable. Some of our customers enjoy sleeping on their Biomat every night at the lowest setting, while others prefer higher heat sessions to address acute needs.

The Biomat is self-sanitizing. Turn it up to the highest setting for 30 minutes to 1 hour for general cleaning purposes. If your Biomat requires spot cleaning, please use a damp (not wet) microfibre cloth and blot carefully.

If you plan to travel with your Biomat, it is safe to use with any converter. If you live outside North America, you can buy a 220V Biomat. The cost is the same as any other Biomat 7000MX but shipping times may take longer.

Each Biomat product on the website, with the exception of the Biomat amethyst pillow, has been approved by US FDA as a pain-relieving medical device. Biomats have been tested and approved by several regulatory agencies, including the Underwriters Laboratories and the Healthcare Common Procedure Coding System. The far infrared light emitted by amethyst, which is in each Biomat, is on the electromagnetic spectrum. Electromagnetic fields (especially the AC current) pulse at a frequency that prevents the body from reaching a regenerative state and healing. While most conventional heating pads and blankets do emit strong harmful electromagnetic fields, Biomat 7000MX is designed to protect you.

The Biomat controller contains a monolithic integrated circuit (IC chip). The IC chip changes the frequency of the AC current to a DC current as it enters the Biomat. In turn, this DC current aligns with the frequency of your nervous system. the DC current is like chi that your body is then able to incorporate into healing.

There are no wires, coils, or electrical cables in the Biomat 7000MX. The healing energy is created by a combination of kurare ceramic superfibre and the many layers of the Biomat that work to create negative ions.

Richway Biomats can be tested with a tri-meter. When a tri-meter is used on the electric setting, there should be little to no reading. This is a great way to visually demonstrate to Biomat customers and users that Biomat is safe.
