How the Biomat WorksLimited Lifetime Warranty
Richway International, Inc. offers a lifetime warranty exchange policy on all Biomats. We hear from customers all the time who’ve had their Biomats for years. If you would like to upgrade your Biomat, return your Biomat and we’ll apply a 30% discount to your next purchase, even off the price of a different product. If the merchandise you’re trading in for is less valuable, we’ll take 30% of the price of the lesser value item. You are responsible for all shipping costs, including any duties or taxes that may be applied. Only the person who originally purchased the product is covered by the lifetime guarantee.
Trade-In Policy
You can trade in your old Richway Biomat and get a credit applied to your new purchase.
How it works:
Up to 30% of the original purchase price of your trade-in item may be applied towards one of equal or greater value. The credit will be subtracted from the new item’s purchase price. You will still need to pay the full shipping charge. The 30% can only be applied to one new item, not an order with several items. You cannot stack trade-in discounts to receive a greater discount on your next purchase.

Original Purchase Price $1450 x 30% = $435 (cr)
Current Purchase Price $1695 – $435 (cr) = $1260 + $60 (S/H) Total: $1320
Trade-in for a product of lesser value (plus shipping)
Ex: Professional Biomat Mini Biomat
$670 x 30% = $201 (cr)
$670 – $201 (cr) = $469 + $40 (S/H) Total: $509
Trade-in for a product of greater value (plus shipping)
Ex: Professional Biomat Single Biomat
Original Purchase Price $1450 x 30% = $435 (cr)
Current Purchase Price $2600 – $435 (cr) = $2165 + $100 (S/H) Total: $2265

How to get service:
Please call Richway Technical Support at 808-589-2800 / 855-338-6410 (toll-free) or rma@richwayusa.com and give the name of the original buyer and Richway Invoice (RI) number to obtain a return merchandise authorization number (RMA) for the trade-in. This is the required export shipping product number. It must be legibly written/printed on the outside of the package in a visible area. Ship your goods postage paid, along with a copy of the original sales slip, credit card receipt, or other proof of the date of original retail purchase. You are responsible for both the cost to transport the old product to Richway and the cost of shipping the new item back.
*NOTE: Your package(s) may be refused and returned to you if no RMA number is obtained from Richway..
How to send product in for trade-in:
Pack the Biomat securely. Do not transport the Biomat in a carry bag/suitcase. If stones leak out of the Biomat for any reason, secure the delivery box with tape at all openings to keep stones from escaping during transit.
On the outside of the box, write the RMA number. *Richway will not be held liable for shipments sent without an RMA number written on the outside of the package. These packages may be refused and returned to sender if they are not accepted by Richway.
A tracking number is required for each package. UPS and FedEx services can be tracked. When sending via the United States Postal Service (USPS), requesting delivery confirmation will allow you to track your item. If you’re shipping an item via USPS, you may choose to insure it; however, the insurance slip can’t be used for tracking. Until it arrives at Richway, the goods are the consumer’s property and liability. You are responsible for monitoring and ensuring that their shipment is delivered to Richway. Please keep your tracking number handy so you can track the status of your package.
Alkal-Life Lease Units – Richway & Fuji Bio is now offering a delivery service for customers who request a label to be sent electronically to return their system.
For trade-ins on items that are still within the first year from date of delivery, Richway & Fuji Bio requires that all components be returned in order to complete the exchange.

How to send in your new order:
You may submit a printable order form using our Printable Order Form. Enter the RI number printed on the order form. Please put “Trade-In Item” and the RI Number of the original purchase on the order form’s description area. Please email or fax your order to orders@richwayusa.com or 808-597-1651. If you’d prefer to use a cheque rather than pay by credit card, include the order form and a cheque made out to Richway & Fuji Bio Inc. with your trade-in item. Enclose the order form and cheque inside a sturdy envelope and attach it to the merchandise. Please write the new RI number on the cheque for reference. Your new purchase will be processed as soon as your returned item has been received.
The trade-in program is a separate service from the product warranty.
Trade-in orders do not contribute to the Point, Commission, or Product Certificate programs.
This Trade-In Policy is subject to change at any time and without notice by Richway & Fuji Bio Inc. Any modifications will take effect immediately after they are published on the website. You are responsible for reviewing any applicable changes. Without notification, changes may be made to this Agreement.
